  • Drive optimization in projects through data collection, client/partner interviews and process iterations

  • Preparing and circulating relevant daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports 

  • Managing staff to handle various sub-tasks related to documentation/operations

  • Driving sales related activities

  • Maintain target levels of reliability by working with POCs & sourcing team 

  • Maintain defined levels of Gross Margins

  • Manpower management:

    • Identify sustainable channels of manpower hiring

    • Design training process for fast ramp-up

    • Empathise with the team to ensure maximum retention

  • Challenge the status quo of operations at regular intervals and come up with innovative and more efficient solutions

  • Customer Relationship Management: Take ownership and execute all client needs to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain a long lasting relationship with the client

  • Groom and develop subordinates to create a high performing team and cater to the team’s growth aspirations
